Spiritual Energy Healing is a holistic approach developed from my training in energy psychology, counseling, and spiritual healing practices. It explores emotional, relational, and spiritual patterns that may continue to influence a person’s thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and sense of well-being.
Using muscle testing as an intuitive assessment tool, we explore emotions, beliefs, past experiences, and recurring patterns that may contribute to present-day difficulties. These can include childhood experiences, family-of- origin patterns, difficult relationships, grief, loss, trauma, or deeply held spiritual beliefs.
My approach grew out of more than 11 years of training in Splankna Therapy, including advanced training in its methods and protocols. Over time, my practice evolved to incorporate my counseling background, spiritual practices, and other therapeutic techniques. I also work remotely with clients through Zoom. Because my approach extends beyond traditional Splankna protocols, I call it Spiritual Energy Healing.
Sometimes clients know they are struggling but cannot identify what is keeping them stuck. They may experience anxiety, grief, anger, resentment, emotional shutdown, sadness, or patterns they understand intellectually but still cannot seem to change.
Using muscle testing within my spiritual healing framework, we explore possible connections to earlier experiences, family relationships, or generational patterns. Once a theme is identified, we work with the emotions, beliefs, or relational patterns associated with it.
Depending on the individual, a session may also incorporate prayer, forgiveness work, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and elements of EMDR.

An energy clearing is intended to help reduce the emotional hold of beliefs and experiences that continue to affect a person in the present.
I guide the client through focused awareness, specific touch points, reflection, and muscle testing. Clients are encouraged to notice thoughts, emotions, memories, or physical sensations that arise as we explore a particular theme.
For clients who welcome a faith-based approach, forgiveness work and prayer can also be incorporated into the healing process.

NOTE: *Splankna” is a Christian-based mind-body therapy protocol that combines energy psychology techniques with prayer and biblical principles to address emotional trauma and stored stress. The word Splankna comes from a New Testament Greek term meaning the “inward parts” or “gut,” used to describe the deep center of a person’s emotions and subconscious.
